The emphasis of the BHLG is to provide a fun, friendly, and helpful ladies golf environment while promoting the Rules of Golf. We welcome all experience levels and ensure new golfers feel comfortable and at home. Ladies Group players must have a full membership (weekdays or full week).

Annual registration fee is $30 and covers the prizes awarded throughout the season.

Play will commence every Thursday at 9:00 typically starting the first week of May and ending the last week of September. Players have no obligation to golf every week of the season, so they must sign up at the pro shop each week by noon Wednesday. Group members should arrive at the golf course no later than 8:30. Rain cancellation will be communicated the evening before. Prizes for each round are determined and coupons awarded at the next golf day.

Group members have the option to play 9 or 18 holes and to walk or use a power cart.

Play begins with a shotgun start on holes 16, 17, 18, and 1 depending on the number of participants. Those playing only 9 holes need to record scores for holes 1 thru 9 regardless of their starting hole.

Play follows the “Rules of Golf”. It is expected that all penalty shots are properly recorded and each player must putt out every hole.

Unless a specified game dictates otherwise, Ready Golf should be used to make play more efficient. Putting out is encouraged, rather than marking a ball on the green then waiting for longer putts to be made.

Players should always show consideration for other players on the course and should not disturb their play by moving, talking or making any unnecessary noise. Players should ensure any electronic device taken onto the course do not distract other players.

Two or three Nine and Dine events are held every year and are open to all female players.

Every Ladies Group season is concluded with a 9 hole game, fun golf-related games, a luncheon and awards for achievement and prizes for draws.

Please join us for wonderful season of golfing, fun and socializing.
