Procedure of play:

- Once a match has started the match must be completed unless the weather conditions are agreed by both players to be unplayable. If there is not agreement between the two players, then the match must continue. If the match has been suspended, it is to restart as if the suspension never happened and must still be completed by the specified date.
Handicap Rules:
- All participants must have a valid current Golf Canada Handicap. Handicaps will be checked immediately prior to each round and the current course Handicap will be used.
- Strokes to be given as per the Berwick Heights Score Card.
Scorecards:
- Scorecards for all matches are to be picked up from the Pro Shop Staff.
- At the end of a Match, the scorecard is to be signed by both participants and returned to the Pro Shop Staff.
